  2. ‚Ä¢ Adjuvant chemotherapy clinical trials of various combinations including 5-FU and leucovorin or
  3.   chemoimmunotherapy with 5-FU and levamisole .
  4. ‚Ä¢ Evaluation of the combination of 5-FU + levamisole for Stage II (Dukes' B2) patients will need another one or
  5.   two years of study to determine its effectiveness. The number of patients treated so far with the combination
  6.   has been too low to provide a final answer.
  7. ‚Ä¢ 5-FU + PALA (an immune adjuvant drug) or 5-FU and leucovorin may be given for one year after surgery.
  8. ‚Ä¢ Postoperative local radiation therapy may help control tumors that have spread to tissues adjacent to the colon
  9.   or lesions in the pelvis.
